What Are Lucky Locks?
Lucky Locks® are fine, luxury grade threads of sparkling silk made for your hair that come in your choice of 50+ mesmerizing colors to suit your style. They can be placed as a subtle statement for you to rock every day, or placed boldly for an event you want to shine for.
Unlike plastic hair tinsel, Lucky Locks’ sparkles are soft, flexible, and lightweight, so they take on the personality of any hair shape.
“Tiny but mighty” as we say — our strands are dainty and classy, yet strong enough to withstand the highest heat from your hair tools such as curling irons, straighteners, or blow dryers. They survive brushing, hair coloring, color lifting, and other chemical treatments. There are no beads, glues, or loops to avoid with our installation method, as each individual thread is tied securely to a single strand of your hair and will last until you naturally shed that hair. They can last a day to a year, though a few clients are still finding sparkles placed over 2 years ago!

Feather Extensions
$15 per feather + $5 per installation (per bead)
1 feather, 1 install / placement = $20
2 feathers, 1 install / placement = $35
2 feathers, 2 installs / placements = $40
and so on...

Meet Your Sparkler
Hey there, I’m Melissa Rae.
I’ve been sparkling since 2020 when I spotted a sparkle on the host at a women’s kitesurfing camp in Morocco. Upon returning to the states I flew out to The Sparkle Bar in Hood River, Oregon and received my first set of sparkles with the owner of the company herself.
The sparkles brought such sweetness to my life- and I knew I had to share them with others. These sparkles are pure magic. I hear over and over from clients the delight, joy and surprise of having a touch of shimmer in their life.

I’m proud to be a mobile partner with Lucky Locks® spreading sparkly blessings around the world. I offer public pop-ups approximately every quarter in Minnesota, yet due to my extensive travels it varies a bit. Best to hop on the sparkle list as this is where I keep in touch.
